Terms of Use

Keep your login to yourselfOne account per person, and you are responsible for it.
Play fair in testsNo sharing live questions and no impersonation.
AI is guidanceReports help you study. They can be wrong.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use Parikshaarthi, through the Institute Console, the Student Portal, or an institute's own branded portal. By signing in or creating an account you agree to them. If you use Parikshaarthi through your institute, any agreement between your institute and us also applies.

2. Your account

  • Each account is for one person. Do not share your password or let someone else use your account.
  • Keep your details accurate, including your email address.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

3. Institutes

Institutes must have the right to upload the student data they add, including consent from a parent or guardian for students under 18. They must keep staff access up to date and remove people who should no longer have it.

4. Student access and free period

Students who sign up themselves get a free access period, currently 30 days, with the AI report limits shown in the app. Students added by an institute get the access that institute arranges. We may change plans and limits, and will give notice in the app before a change affects you.

5. Tests and fair play

  • Do not copy, share or publish questions from a test while it is live.
  • Take tests yourself. Do not impersonate another student or use outside help where a test forbids it.
  • Check-in photos and integrity signals may be reviewed. We or your institute may cancel results or suspend accounts involved in cheating.

6. Content and ownership

Institutes own the questions, papers and material they upload, and give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. Test series stay the property of the institute that published them. You may use test content for your own preparation, but not copy, resell or redistribute it. The Parikshaarthi software, design and brand belong to us.

7. AI reports

Reports and explanations written with AI are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Use them as study guidance and check important decisions with a teacher. We do not promise any particular exam result, rank or score.

8. Acceptable use

Do not try to break into accounts or systems, scrape or copy the service in bulk, reverse engineer it, overload it, or upload malware or unlawful content.

9. Availability

We work to keep Parikshaarthi running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Institutes should keep their own copies of important records.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using Parikshaarthi at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when an institute's arrangement with us ends. To have your data deleted, see the Privacy Policy.

12. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them, we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app when the change is significant. Questions: support@parikshaarthi.in.
